Use, reproduce, publish, or distribute these images or recordings in any format (including print, digital, social media, or promotional materials) for lawful purposes such as publicity, education, or outreach.

Acknowledgment

I will not receive compensation.

My image will not be misrepresented.

All rights to the images and recordings belong to Mission Pointe Church.

I may withdraw consent at any time by submitting a written request.
